Guest Screening

Guest screening is the process of evaluating who's booking before they arrive: checking platform verification and prior reviews, asking about the purpose of the trip and party size, and flagging requests that don't fit the property's rules.

Good screening reduces the risk of parties, damage, and disputes while staying within platform and anti-discrimination rules. Much of it is conversational, which means consistent, well-handled pre-booking communication is the front line of screening.
