Our mission

Hosting should feel like hosting.

Ramblaa exists so running a short-term rental feels like hospitality again. Built by a host managing a villa from another timezone, we keep guests and staff coordinated so the experience never slips.

Where Ramblaa started

Ramblaa began with a villa and a timezone. Our founder owns and rents a property on Airbnb from another country — hours ahead of both the guests and the staff. From that distance, the cracks showed fast: a guest’s question sat unanswered for hours, a cleaner arrived late, a check-in slipped. Not for lack of caring, but for lack of coordination.

The real lesson was this: running a villa isn’t only about talking to guests. It’s just as much about staff. The housekeepers, cleaners, and on-the-ground team are the ones who hold the keys — literally, and to every on-time, well-run stay. When communication with them breaks down, the guest experience breaks with it.

That’s the gap we’re built to close: coordinating guests and staff together, across timezones, so the experience holds up whether or not the owner is awake.

What we believe

Hospitality, not admin

People start hosting for the income and the joy of giving guests a great stay. They shouldn't end up living in an inbox. The hosting should stay; the busywork should go.

Staff hold the keys

A great stay isn't only guest messaging. Cleaners, housekeepers, and the on-the-ground team deliver every on-time, well-run experience. Coordinating them is half the job — and the half most tools ignore.

Automated can still feel personal

Done badly, automation feels cold. Done well, it's the attentive, instantly-responsive host you'd be if you never had to sleep — in your voice, every time.

What we’re building

Ramblaa is an AI property manager for short-term rentals. It keeps guests and staff in sync — answering guest questions, coordinating cleaners, housekeepers, and maintenance, and making sure the on-the-ground team is where they need to be, on time — escalating to you only when a human’s judgment is genuinely needed.

Not another dashboard to check. An operational layer that quietly does the work, so the part you actually care about — great stays and great reviews — gets all of your attention. You can see how we think about it on the blog.

Who it’s for

Self-managing hosts who want their evenings back. Co-hosts taking on more properties without more hours. Small operators scaling from one listing toward a real business. If you’d rather grow than burn out, we’re building this for you.
