Upselling

Upselling is offering guests optional paid add-ons around their stay: early check-in or late checkout, a mid-stay clean, a stocked fridge, transfers, or local experiences. Done well, it raises revenue per booking without raising the nightly rate.

The mechanics are pure communication: the right offer, at the right moment, in a message that feels like hospitality rather than a sales pitch. That makes upselling a natural extension of well-timed, automated guest messaging.
