Turnover
A turnover (or changeover) is everything that happens between one guest checking out and the next checking in: cleaning, laundry, restocking consumables, and inspecting for damage or maintenance issues.
Turnovers are the operational heartbeat of a short-term rental. Tight checkout-to-check-in windows make scheduling and coordination critical, and a missed or rushed turnover is one of the fastest ways to earn a bad review.
